Co into Japan makes sense, seeing as they are one of the three main battery players, along with China & SK. You would think that the Japanese & Koreans will take some cobalt, however, the Americans will want the lion's share domestically - both for industrial and military uses.

Hopefully, that big seller has been taken out now and we see a sustained move leading into the next big announcements.
