This is what I was talking about yesterday. The company has a 10% allocation without shareholder approval. 45m shares at 56c is $25m added to the balance. This is what I would expect and I imagine this would be oversubscribed. This was a very smart move by management to capitalize on the interest. Any sophs or institutional investors would see the possibility for big returns. You could quite easily price this over $1 if revenues continue to grow over 100% per quarter.

If the soft launch is going well then this data would aid in raising at such prices.

Anyone thinking they got played or are now trapped I would ask you to consider the number of merchants that can be onboarded for BNPL with $25m on the balance sheet if that's what they were to secure. In a business at this phase, the scale phase, every dollar you put in to generating revenue will have a return. As revenue grows the value of the company will grow. Again, I reiterate my price target of $1.80 this calendar year even with dilution. Opinion only, not financial advice.
