What's the matter with you people?!?
It's a cap raise - could be a placement - in fact more than likely is imo.
I've been in dozens of situations where investment's raised and the company sp goes ballistic afterwards.
Stop thinking so SHORT TERM - unless you are all about short term - in which case you'll just have to live with the fact that in relation to liquidity, sometimes one has to get one's feet wet.
