They generally cease holes early once mineralization ends, sounds like they didnt find any more past 1,000m.
61D is interesting it must of hit a patch of mineralisation and now drilling into nothing? or at least there has been a bare patch somewhere... not to be unexpected provided it wasnt in the core!
