The interview doesn't imply anything IMO. He's pretty much telling the same story which has been previously disclosed. Unless we see a market announcement, we have to assume there's nothing change in the fundamentals. Just like Alan said, "what’s going on is the market has suddenly switched on to what Hazer is up to because there’s been no specific announcement that’s caused all that".
