    Stock being picked off at will here at the 17c - neckline

    Do we have a reverse head and shoulders setup at play?

    If this setup is in motion, we could see a measured move to 21c once the 17c neckline is taken out...

    MACD rolling positive above the 0 control line + stochastics turning positive is opening the door for this move to take hold...
