Ann: Becoming a substantial holder, page-7

Hello all!
I've had a bundle of these shares in my bottom draw (nothing significant) for years (pre-share consolidation) and had basically written this one off! It's been at $0.001 for years and very little spread of shareholders. I know Chairman Conidi holds a large slice.

Not paid too much attention.... but can anyone tell me why on earth this share price movement is happening? Is there any proposed back door listing pending where T3D will be the vehicle?

Just really interested in why????
