Ann: Update on Legal Proceedings in France, page-6

Well ain't that a kick in the teeth...
Not only did the French gov submit evidence but they got the outcome of a previous case, where they had to pay penalties; annulled....
Considering they have already payed GGX there is now another case on top of the current to retain the €383,500. By the time this is all over with it will probably cost that in legal fees...
Its a shame really...guess I'll see you after French evidence is reviewed and next court dates are set...
