I disagree with Annemc about the situation in Indonesia.
First the arbitration is in Singapore. Second that's only half the story. Apart from reclaiming funds through arbitration, we have had an extra 22.5% of West Kampar transferred to us and we are awaiting approval by the Indonesian Reg Authority.
I will be speaking to someone from Oilex soon to clarify the progress son Indonesia.
As soon as the transfer is finished we can sell the oil at a the stake of 67.5% (assuming we don't sell the 22.5%). The arbitration is a separate matter to chase damages.
Sell is way overdone, we should have only dropped 10%, we have dropped 30%. Some money to be made on the rebound here.
I now rate this as a short term buy as we are heading back to 20
