Difficult to say (Open) but there is a stack of cash needed and unless the Stehr Group themselves back it with even more personal Pt. Lincoln funding could drop to low 50c's - which is what I think I stated about a month ago. This is evident from the of late 'self propping' as I call it. Fundamentally all good but once again at the right price. No reason to burn money - LOL.
