The JV has set 2011 as a conservative start up. In a recent BON presentation they mentioned that they will be investigating DSO possibilities in this quarter which would presumably bring things forward, if a viable option, as that has not been considered previously. Actually it could be quite dramatic because it appears the goal with DSO would be to produce it on board the dredging ship - I'm guessing it might even be able to be pumped straight on to a freighter without going to port. That's purely speculative though.
