In 2008, my First time investment in REE was via HKSX for China Rare Earth Ltd we high was listed in HKSX.
Ordinary persons had not a clue or interest in , or what REE was . Most thought it was rare earth for making those heirloom collectable figurines for LLadro or Italian Capodimonte
It sounded real and desperate then the CCP would stop or reduce export of REE. Who knows it will eventual this time or not
