You can gear into OEX, so I assume people are banking on a bounce.

I reckon if you had some spare cash for the next month - it would probably not be a bad bet!!

How many other small oilers out there, with or without cashflow, are trading 10% below their low of the last 12 months!

Market cap now about 30 million, with cash balance of $10 million which will fund next 12 months expenditure...
