I ordered a LIFX clean bulb in Sydney back in October. Still not arrived and I have sent a couple of follow up e-mails, to get only a generic automated response.
Last night, I received an e-mail to say that they still cannot confirm the likely delivery time of my order, but are chucking in two E27 mini white bulbs if I decide not to cancel the order.
I don't think they do themselves any favours by allowing pre-orders of a product that ends up taking over 4 months to arrive. Better to only launch it when you can actually stock it.
I hope they catch up soon.
