Guess it depends if they believe the story and believe it’s value. Getting equity isn’t a problem unless they throw it back at the market. You would hope that (given this company said they have a 2 year runway without needing more capital) this is more about people getting excited and biting the companies hands to get equity, than the company throwing stock at loose hands.

that said... I’ve looked at this company all of 10 minutes. I really like what I see but don’t know the history or ins and outs. Will be an interesting day
