Like Till, I to believe that a more holistic approach (if that’s the correct term?) to agriculture/primary industries.
The mindset of fighting nature/dominating nature so we can maximise profits has been the approach of the modern/industrial farmers. I suppose it’s human nature to want to control everything, have nice orderly sections and maximise profits each and every year?
