Ann: Proposed issue of Securities - TD1, page-4

Thanks Laver. I am just a little confused about the process for the issue of the options in the capital raise. They will be issued today but still require shareholder approval. What will be the situation in the unlikely event that shareholder approval is not forthcoming? It appears that we have until 30th June to make that decision. Can anyone offer somr possibilities?
