Company should be in a Trading Halt until they can actually provide more details. I'm sure some posters on here will be saying "let the market play" and normally I would agree. But the lack of detail over an event significant enough to see several key leaders depart, and the CEO/CFO forego incentive pay, sounds fairly significant to me. Who can say if it's "material".
