Simple answer is capital raising by most other reits that are in a position to do so like gpt today
Biggest problem for cer is cnp and i cant imagine cnp's banks wanting any dilution especially seeing how they have no money to maintain there controling interest
Money is freeing up but at what cost?the resent raisings would sugest dilution is cheaper
I could be wrong but i think cer/cnp is going to be a cash cow for the banks for a bit longer
