Just a thought. Does anybody think a takeover may be around the corner?
Think about it. Someone has been accumulating for some time at $1.10 and under. Ok, someone has also being selling but the daily trading patterns look suspiciously like a patient buyer with deep pockets.
Sooner or later they`ll show their hand and could quickly announce a takeover bid at say, $1.50 and state that it is a price XX% above the VWAP over the last 30 days....
As i said, it`s just a thought.
