I think retail investors are smarter and have access to trading platforms that allow them to see through the crap nowadays.
Every single company I have shares in has seen it drop to below or onto the SI issue price because people are sick and tired of having this lot grab cheap easy shares to dump back into the market to just make a quick buck.
