gentle recovery - (2nd attempt)

Great to see DVC return to the $2.60's after revisiting the $2.40's earlier this week.

Still has a long way to recover on where I think it should be, and I remain confident that it will see the $3.00 mark.

Still opportunity for those interested.

Next dividend is in the month of September and is usually 3 cents.
