The next CR people shouldn't buy in and hold it hostage for information on future plans for SmartFunding, im not taking a one time divided payment threes years from now for a what? FFG sells 20% of SF and divies it over 900million shares .10c a pop yea nah thats just the last four years of FFG, im hoping they either take full control or give us first dibs in IPO. If they havn't changed their model then I'm out might as well lend it for 15% interest pa. FFG can be a machine with SF if they utilize it well, grow customer base, leverage recurring revenue develop business relationship, boost funds in current and future projects. They listed in 2014, you'd think they could have bought ASX:IOU this year and thats the company i hope they will pivot too.
