I certainly haven't pursueded towards deception, but in comparison it will be another company thats has a little puff then runs out of steam. I have major concerns about dealing with vietnam, and bigger concerns on whether it all will go ahead soon enough. ESI needs major backing, from major players who will dig in and get the project moving.
Not just a letter of intent to use the technology, then .......nothing.
The stock has interest, however i believe there is huge risk.
