    can't see it happening this year in fact, they will need every cent to pay down debt, I'm happy with that. These guys are one of the stronger REIT's and have excellent management, I am more than happy with decisions they have made so far, obviously the market doesn't but hey I'll keep buying at these levels, tooooo cheap IMO.
