I long ago disregarded your exuberance, or whatever, however don't expect it to earn you applause now.

People that perpetually talk up a stick that appears more and more a mismanaged dismal cash combustion engine tend to either eat a bit of humble pie, or take some flak. As they say if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen.
