Things may change under a Biden Administration, so even though the states is so behind and FLC has already done the legwork, FLC needs to be in the media if it wants to be adopted. Seeing the run up in some of the biotech's lately such as RAC and BD1 when from the look of it to me (as a non-holder) is that the science/market itself hasn't progressed enough to validate the valuations, just sentiment and news feeding the hype.
The market is sentiment driven at this present high valuation crazy time, I believe FLC could capitalise on this quite easily ("deep value" plays being highlighted currently everywhere).
In the mean time I'll fomo into other tickers that run for multiples and then hope to come back here and top up with some extra cheddar while the price remains subdued. (or lose it all chasing fumes!)
