Surely we all have our own fair value estimate of the company? If you were to buy the whole company tomorrow while it's generating $2.2m per quarter would you pay $270m for it? Because that's what sophisticated investors are willing to pay. At 43c and 450m shares my valuation was $193m. In my fair value at $193m the company did not have a substantial cash position like it does now. I would not have paid over 43c per share for the company prior to the $40m cash injection.
People can feel free to think I'm stupid or negative or whatever they like but this is investing and if you're not using some sort of guide then you may as well hype trade.
