Not sure what slide that statement you posted is on but on the final slide summing up the company's prospects it is stated: "Assess strategic acquisition opportunities to deliver step change ... well placed to executive quickly on transactions".
I read that as confirmation of previously stated strategy. No dithering on the edges with incremental acquisitions, if they are going to buy it needs to be another step up in profile and production. Also it says that they have the financial grunt to pay overs for the asset they select.
