I would expect that the company will give option-holders sufficient time to convert into shares to qualify for entitlement to the 'free' LithiumCo' shares... is that what is dampening the FFXOA premium? [i.e. option-holders will have to pay 15c - ahead of maturity - in order to not miss out?]
