We don't know if the recovery was due to remestemcell. They may have also eaten toast during their stay, maybe that was what cured them.
We also don't know if remestemcell caused the anaemia, the hypertension, hell it could've caused the decrease in LV function once the patient left hospital and given the other kid more chest hair.
It's all speculative. And the fact they say "we feel they would've been worse without it" [sic] and are employed by MSB is wildly inappropriate.
