I doubt it will be a takeover. It would more than likely be a joint partnership where Siemens build and sell the machines and IBX make their (greatly profitable margin) nanoparticles and sell the injections for each of the different cancer types. Also with potential tech to deliver drugs direct to the cancer cells this is another payload.
a partnership with Siemens would just give the backing to streaming this beast to commercialisation much faster
