Somme...........I have pulled apart and cross referenced all Top 20 info since mid 2019 and any ASX Announcements about holdings etc.

Some naughty stuff has been going on , not reporting to ASX etc.

Anil Mankar lodged ASX Form 604 on 15/12/2020 and it shows some selling during Nov & Dec that amounts to
6 SELL trades for a total of 6,295,087 shares worth $2,273,798. Maybe this is the 7 Mil aprox missing shares you mentioned.??
That leaves him 115,589,913 shares remaining after 15/12/2020.
This Selling was NOT reported via a Form 604 as it should have been.
Also his holdings went from 22,750,000 on July 2019 to 115,589,833 with no reporting as a Director [at the time]
and also as it was above 5% SOI it needed a Form 604 anyway.

If Anil Mankar did not transfer his shares to Merryl Lynch nominees then he also sold these 115,589,913 shares without filing a Form 604 with ASX.
[This would be a good question to ask Management perhaps?]

Others not reporting include MR ROBERT MITRO who has Sold his 120,202,500 shares = 10.07% SOI without filing a
Form 604 as well.
His 2 daughters sold also each 10,000,000 blocks but they had no requirement to report.

Since July 2019.
Merryl Lynch nominees have NOT lodged a Form 604 about an increase in their holdings up 20,142,660 to 119,811,800 shares.
HSBC have probably merged 2 accounts into one and added another 76,038,043 without a Form 604
Normal behaviour for these big boys!

Regal had 89 Mil shares early in 2020 but have now less than 5 Mil or none.
I STRONGLY SUSPECT REGAL for the SP spike to 91c and the pull down after. It has Regal fingerprints all over it.
And they are most likely still manipulating right now! Broker reports might show them buying/selling.
