As for a T/O. I personally would not support any form of a T/O. Period! I want to hold BRN in 10/20 yrs time and pass them on to my grandkids.
What I am waiting for is the DIVIDENDS to come one day!
BHP is doing a $1 div payout. Imagine holding 1,000,000 BRN and getting that. Every year.
Just how much of the profit in 2/3 yrs time does BRN need to cover business costs, R & D . ???? Whats left over for dividend payments? LOTS.
I would be very happy with a first Div of only 10c!
If I need some cash then I would sell some of my shares [very little] on market after they have reached say $5 -$10. A T/O offer would definately draw out other offers and a bidding war.
But like FF said , how would you price it? Very difficult.
