Ann: MyFiziq Signs Binding Term Sheet with China-based, Tinjoy, page-12

Additional highlights / information:

• MyFiziq's CompleteScan offering is to be integrated with Tinjoy's existing app; WinScan.
• WinScan's evidence-based functionalities are used for early-detection and health assessments, with a primary focus on identifying individuals at risk of chronic disease (further validating CompleteScan in a clinical / health application).
• BodyScan and FaceScan will be the first cab off the rank before later integrating DermaScan.
• Delivery of MyFiziq's technology to be rolled out by Q3, 2021 (only 6 months away - this is quick IMO for any major IT project).
• Tinjoy call centre sales consultants will earn commission for selling MyFiziq's technology (they'll drive this HARD to achieve 1M users).

This looks very promising. There's a huge team in Tinjoy (650 pharmacies and 500 call center staff, for a start) who will all be driving the sales of WinScan, each store and each call centre staff having their own reach in the Chinese market.

Excited is a bit of an understatement this morning.
