the price did go up to the high 80s right before it got the speeding ticket. It would have hit $1 pre speeding ticket. Big money came knocking and ticket was issued, price dropped to the 50s and 60s and then consolidated to 70 before this deal was made.
On one hand it will slow the share price down which, long term, is a good look. Short term it would have caused too much volatility.
