That was before PEN was exposed to being problematic to mine,.. how long has PEN being mucking around with the chemistry and going by Wayne comments on web interview still mucking around with the chemistry.. Depending how the FT go (12 to 18 months) $65 could still be uneconomical but PEN must still fill its contracts by mining NOT buying on Spot. No news on the Oxidant approval yet..Mining without it with be at very high cost...
