IOU CR has been well received, so there is no reason to be too concerned at this stage. Maybe a raise between 7c-8c could mean sp will stay above 10c. IOU raised at 50c and still trades at 70c. Let's wait for Monday and whatever the issue price over time it will go up.
The general CR rule is: Raise when you can, not when you need to.
