I think you are both correct.
Dan you made me rethink the wording of my previous post about waiting to release the FS until the had "firmed up their reserves better". On reflection I think this wording is wrong, as you quite rightly point out, the FS is what converts the Measured and Indicated to Reserves. What I should have said is wait to produce the FS until they had "received more assay and got more resource into the Measure and Indicated category".
Kitchris is correct IMHO though in the fact there is no meat on the bones in this FS and its all a bit of fluff. They could have waited until further down the track, even until say June would have made the FS mean a whole lot more, again all IMHO.
