ROC had a pretty steady day today while HDR dropped slightly.
ROC hasn't increased as much as HDR over the past couple of months of excitement about the Mauritanian drilling (lower increase in absolute terms and therefore also in comparison to its shareholding in Mauritania) - so maybe its time for it to catchup.
I still think its undervalued at its current price (1.67). ABNAmro Morgans also have a price target for ROC of $2.00.
