And as you said with regard to those fundies' hands being tied. They would be legally bound by the stocks they can buy and mostly only ones with a MC of $100 mill +.
Our MC won't tick that criteria until after the stock associated with the deal, hits accounts later in March.....then it'll be official.
I'm expecting those 2 you spoke to (and likely many others), will then muscle on to the bid with some decisive buying.
