Hey Dr. T. From what I can see on your chart there, you do not have a circle around BLC (bladder cancer), but I think I have found an article published last year that may suggest FTO is involved. Although, this particular science is beyond me, and while I think I know what is being said in this article, I'm going to reframe from commentary as I don't want to get it wrong.
