They mention in the paper the kids were clinically improving prior to the treatment. Then they were given the injection and then rapidly got better?
But they were improving already. Improvement is not a linear thing. Just like kids get sick really fast they can improve really fast as well.
As I mentioned before, if they were given the infusion on day 1 and continued getting worse, is that because of the cells or because of the natural course of disease?
