Paying to convert options to shares before any end date if such applies is unnecessary unless you are planning to sell or you are worried about inflation.
The fact remains that directors were selling shares and converting options to shares.
Investors are free to stick their fingers in their ears and go "la la la" if such simple facts scare them.
