I passed on it. NPV upgrade should be good but the IRR isn’t high enough for me and there will be a fair amount of new shares that will drop on market. I’m not confident that the raise price will hold in the very short term.
Still looks good for holders and certainly looks like one of if not the best value RE play though. GLTAH
