timmy basically this is how it will go.. others please correct me if i am wrong !

Record date 8 March (date you must still be holding your shares to qualify for options so don't sell before this date or buy more if you wish)
Opens 11 March (you should receive mail/email with details on how to pay your $0.001 x no. of options allocated to you)
Closes 22 March (date by which you will need to have paid for them do it 2-3 days before this to be safe)
Issued 25 March (date they will be issued to you to hold or trade)
