Consolidated i,m quite sure the new operations manager PHB who has a wealth of experience in numerous gold operations over a long period of time is on the ball and covering the bases. As cheif pointed out its free milling ore so no huge tailings dam or carbon leach plant required just crush and separate. That with the very high grade and the fact nearly all the major development for the mine was done years ago make the projected cash costs so cheap.
