Yeah not sure, you'd think they would be but big conglomerates with overseas parents, multiple layers of management and bureaucracy are not innovative or risk-taking.
KTD to them is a tiny pimple on their bum, not enough to go see a doctor. Once KTD start to hurt their bum so much they can't sit down (by which point we would have "multi-bagged"), the big industry gorillas will try and mount the mother of all competitive responses to destroy the pimple.
But equally as likely, they will just open their wallets to take KTD out, if KTD gets large enough.
All theory and conjecture anyway.
