Thanks Captain. I have access to people next week who know the CEO from an investment point of view. I will put in some comments then. But my quick take is (1) that this business is at the start of a major transition to the cloud (2) the management team was caught with its pants down in the Dec half and (3) the CEO has rattled all of their cages and lit rockets under a recovery program.
I also took it that no sales yet for the new products just launched, this needs to be closely monitored for progress or slippage.
Am a fairly new shareholder and have changed my sentiment to hold. I am a bit shocked at such a poor first half given how sticky I thought the customers were supposed to be. Covid certainly exposes any weakness in business models.
