Sterling Energy PLC ($43 million cash, no debt, no liabilities cash shell company) Michael kroupeev's other London vehicle 29% owned by common investor of Jupiter and Sterling , ie Waterford , is up big time in Jan and Feb - I feel it will be a merger with Jupiter Energy, its the only thing that makes sense to me.
PLus the Meriidan Petroleum (Non Execs of Jupiter) have been buying Sterling Shares since April - accumulated 5%. Maybe get in on the Sterlign Energy side also?
